@ THE SEPTEMBER 07 MIDLANDS MCM EXPO
WizKids Inc., creator of runaway hit games like HeroClix® and Pirates of the Spanish Main™, in agreement with Bungie Studios and Microsoft has developed a new collectable miniatures game (CMG) called Halo® ActionClix™ and it will make it’s debut at Midlands MCM Expo in September!
Midlands MCM Expo will host the first Halo® ActionClix™ demos and tournaments following the launch of the game to the trade in early September!
The Halo® ActionClix™ Collectable Miniatures Game brings the incredible content of the Halo universe to the tabletop via the award-winning Clix miniatures game engine. Players familiar with HeroClix and HorrorClix™ will be able to jump right into the action and enjoy brand-new game mechanics, including weapon swaps, figure respawning and vehicle-based combat.
Wizkids will have friendly staff ready to give free demonstrations of the game over the weekend! Don’t miss one of the first chances to see the HALO action figures at Midlands MCM Expo and join in the fun!!
Upper Deck Entertainments is pleased to be able to bring to you for the first time one of their National Finals for the world famous Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.
During the summer holidays earlier this year, game stores up and down the country have been holding qualifiers and heats to determine which of their local players is the best duelist among them: the player is then crowned the Store Champion. But it doesn’t stop there: Each store will then send its Store Champion and runner up to the 2007 Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Summer Cup National Finals here at Midland Expo on Saturday 15th September! This is one of the few occasions where you will see the best duelists from the United Kingdom battle it out for the grand title of Summer Cup Champion 2007.
If just watching isn’t enough, just bring your own deck along and find someone to play against. We will be handing out special contact cards where you can exchange contact details of duelists you have played on the day and make new friends!
But what about Sunday? Well, here’s your chance to qualify for a major Finals: The Pharaoh Tour is coming on Sunday 16th and we are offering the best players of the day invitations to the Pharaoh Tour in December, which will have some great prizes on offer!
World of Warcraft TCG: Fancy a joining a real life raid against Onyxia or Ragnaros? Well here’s your chance! Either bring your own decks or borrow the ones provide, you and two friends can take on either Onyxia’s Lair or the Molten Core in a bid to take home some fancy phat l00t! All you need to know is how to play the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game (and we can happily give you a demo if you need to learn) plus two friends. It is a unique way to play any TCG and a whole lot of fun: victory is all the more sweeter if you share it with your friends…

Immersive Physical Games Platform prototype to feature @ Expo
Andy Russell, Martin Darby, Stuart Jennings, Brian Edelman are the creative team behind Rotoblast.
Rotoblast is a 3D puzzle game inspired by the 90's classic Bust-a-move.
Built in C++/DirectX, Rotoblast fuses together innovate immersive hardware with a fast paced game mechanic and pumping soundtrack.
The gamer sits in the custom built motorised seat, which rotates up to 180 degrees by use of foot pedals.
By the side of the seat are two triggers for shooting, also the gamer wears a pair stereoscopic 3D goggles, head motion and orientation controls aiming and the world view.
Depth perception, reaction times and physical interaction combine providing compelling gameplay.

Atari will feature 3 games at the first Midlands MCM Expo at the International Centre Telford.
Fans of the PS2, XBox 360 and the Wii will not be disappointed at Midlands MCM Expo with Atari featuring the recently released Naruto Ultimate Ninja for the PS2.
The XBox 360 gamers will get an advance chance to play the high action Bullet Witch.

FINAL FANTASY XII ZONE @ MIDLANDS MCM EXPO
Square Enix Ltd, the publisher of Square Enix® interactive entertainment products in Europe and other PAL territories will host the eagerly awaited FINAL FANTASY® XII in a special zone at the first Midlands MCM Expo this coming February 24th 07.
The next instalment in the award-winning franchise that has sold more than 70 million units worldwide.
For Midands MCM Expo fans who attend our launch show in Telford 24rd February you get a chance to collect a Limited exclusive soundtrack cd from the NEO stand.
FINAL FANTASY® XII @ Midlands MCM Expo will follow the UK launch event on 23rd February at London's HMV where fans will be treated to a very rare opportunity to meet the executive producer and director of the game.
Both Akitoshi Kawazu and Hiroshi Minagawa will be available to sign games, goodies and answer questions.
Limited exclusive Moogles and soundtracks:

UPPER DECK ATTENDS MIDLANDS MCM EXPO
Always wanting to be part of new ventures and explorations into the unknown, Upper Deck will be one of the many companies exhibiting at the new Midland MCM Expo!

The biggest, baddest mother in the universe roars into HorrorClix in the AVP!
This exclusive, never-before-seen full representation of the Alien Queen attached to the Alien-producing egg sack rounds out the AVP collection for HorrorClix and will be available at Expo.
While attached to the base, the Alien Queen is busy laying eggs to fight your advancing Predator or other HorrorClix army, however, if the egg sack takes too much damage, this dual-based piece detaches and the Alien Queen becomes a roaming monster independent of any tether.
